I have taken off work for the rest of the week to prepare for my sisters BIG DAY – Well, not really “taking off”. Is there still such a thing? With today’s technology, I am fully accessible by phone, text, BBM and email – 24/7.
I am currently at the salon getting my hair freshly highlighted for the wedding. I am in the chair, with my computer up, cell phone in hand, getting my foils done. I had to make a quick call to the campaign headquarters a moment ago. I told him my current state and he said, “Oh, you are SO Sex and the City”.
That’s one of the best compliments I can get :)
