whenever i decide that i will stay in one place for over a year, this will be my first purchase:

hostess with the mostess

I had a lot of fun coming up with fun, economical, and useful hostess gifts for TEN girls. 

I ordered moss ferns, my favorite indoor plant, from my parents next-door-neighbors.  (PLUG: They own Optimara Violets - which make great gifts for any occasion.)

We put them in terra cotta pots, which I adorned in raffia.

 I ordered these handmade wire bookmarks from esty. (surprise!)  The shop is called NatureMadeScents.  Pam, the owner and bookmark maker, is so sweet and easy to work with.

 I put each bookmark in a fern and viola! A great little hostess gift.

 But there was one thing missing...
